Banana Bread is one of my favorite breads, desserts, or meals if you want to call that, and in this Banana Bread with Crumb Topping, I mixed the regular banana bread with a crunchy Crumb Topping on top to make it more special.

  • 1 cup granulated sugar

For the Crumb Topping:

  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar

How to Make Banana Bread with Crumb Topping?

Step 1:

Set your oven to 350°F (175°C). While it’s heating up, grease a circular cake pan (like a Bundt pan) with some butter, You can use any cake pan you like. I just want to make my Banana bread as a cake with a circle shape.

Step 2:

In a big bowl, mix the mashed bananas and melted butter. Add the sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract and stir everything. Sprinkle the baking soda and salt on top, then gently mix in the flour until it’s just combined. Be careful not to mix too much!
