This is a Mini Trifle recipe I love to make on the weekends. It’s easy to prepare, and each time I can enjoy different flavors. Plus, everyone gets their own share

Why make one big trifle when you can make Mini Trifles that everyone will enjoy? This dessert is always on my weekend list. I don’t make it every time, but it’s one of the most enjoyable desserts I love preparing.

I made these Mini Trifles with caramel flavor, but you can customize them to suit different tastes. Try using strawberry or chocolate instead, just follow the same directions. The preparation was easy, with no mess or long wait, and as I mentioned, the results were delicious.

I made 4 cups since there are 4 of us at home, but you can easily double the recipe if you need more.

With a crunchy layer of crushed graham crackers, topped with a creamy mixture of whipped cream and flavors (I used caramel for this recipe). Ingredients

  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

How to Make Mini Trifles?

Step 1:

Whip the cream in a bowl with a mixer until it gets thick. Add powdered sugar and vanilla, and keep mixing.

Step 2:

Put crushed graham crackers in the bottom of four glasses (You can add more if you want, I made the recipe for both my kids and my husband and me of course, So four glasses is enough for us). Add the whipped cream on top of the crackers.

Step 3:

Sprinkle mini chocolate chips on the whipped cream. Or add some chocolate chunks as I did for this recipe, Drizzle some caramel sauce if you want.

Step 4:

Put the glasses in the fridge for 2 hours so the cream is set. Enjoy.
