Copycat Texas Roadhouse Brownie Recipe

This is my first copycat recipe inspired by Texas Roadhouse, which I will share in my blog, This Texas Roadhouse Brownie Recipe is so easy and so delicious.

The recipe requires only a few ingredients that are so easy to find, Also the cream you can use on top can be customized it too, which makes this recipe so versatile.

I made this recipe last weekend, and the whole family loved it! They even asked me to make it again, which I definitely will.

How to Make Texas Roadhouse Brownie Recipe?

For the Brownies:

Step 1:

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and to grease a big baking dish that’s 9 inches by 13 inches.

Step 2:

Put the butter in a bowl that’s okay for the microwave. Heat it up for a little bit at a time until it’s all melted and gooey.

Step 3:

In a big bowl, mix together the melted butter and sugar really well.

Step 4:

Crack open the eggs one by one into the bowl with the butter and sugar. Make sure to mix them up really good after each egg. Then add some vanilla extract and mix it all up again.

Step 5:

In another bowl, put some flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder. Mix them together nicely.

Step 6:

Slowly pour the dry stuff into the big bowl with the wet stuff, stirring it gently until it’s all mixed together.

Step 7:

Pour this yummy batter into the greased baking dish and spread it out so it’s nice and even.

Step 8:

Now put the baking dish in the oven. Bake it for about 25-30 minutes.

Step 9:

When it’s done, take it out of the oven and let it cool down in the baking dish before you cut it into pieces.

For the Chocolate Drizzle:

Step 1:

Get a small pan and heat up some heavy cream on the stove until it starts to make little bubbles.

Step 2:

Put some chocolate chips in a bowl that’s safe for heat. Pour the hot cream over the chocolate chips and wait for a little bit, about 1-2 minutes.

Step 3:

Now, mix it all up until it’s nice and smooth.

Assembly:

Step 1:

After the brownies have cooled down, Cut them into squares and put each square on a plate.

Step 2:

Scoop some yummy vanilla ice cream on top of each brownie square.
