I’ve wanted to make a Thai recipe for a long time, and I finally got the chance last weekend. I was thinking of making chili honey but in a different style.

I found this Thai Chili Honey recipe online and was worried about the ingredients. Surprisingly, they were easy to find, and I already had most of them in my kitchen.

The only ingredient I struggled to find was Thai chili paste. I planned to order it online along with chipotle peppers in adobo sauce from Amazon if I couldn’t find it in my local grocery store. Thankfully, I found the Thai chili paste at the grocery store, so I only had to order the chipotle peppers in adobo sauce from Amazon, which I use to make Orange Chipotle Sauce.

I had already made Cayenne Honey before but without chili. Since I’m a bit familiar with Asian recipes, making this Thai Chili Honey Recipe was a fun new experience.
