Juicy Grilled Steak
It’s been a long time since I craved a juicy grilled steak to enjoy at dinner. We planned to make it last weekend, but unfortunately, other plans came up. Finally, I made it yesterday. It was incredibly juicy, tender, and full of flavor.
It’s been a while since my husband and I celebrated and enjoyed a juicy grilled steak together. Honestly, dishes like this bring so much joy to my heart, especially when cooked perfectly. I’m sure it will bring happiness to me again.
We enjoyed the juicy grilled steak with mashed potatoes and a glass of Tropical Guava Margarita. The flavors were delicious, and I even added some garlic butter from my refrigerator to complete the meal.
What is Juicy Grilled Steak?
A juicy grilled steak is a super delicious meal made from a big piece of meat that’s cooked well on the grill. It will have a brown color on the outside but inside it’s still soft and so juicy. It’s so easy to make, Just with some simple ingredients and a hot grill, and with a few minutes of cooking. you will have it and enjoy it. It pairs so beautifully with lots of side dishes like mashed potatoes and others.
Ingredients
- 2 ribeye steaks (about 1.5 inches thick)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
How to Make Juicy Grilled Steak?
Step 1:
Begin by removing the steaks from the refrigerator at least 30 minutes before you plan to grill them.
Step 2:
In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, minced garlic, rosemary, and thyme until well combined. and put this mixture over both sides of the steaks, ensuring each piece is coated. Season the steaks liberally with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
Step 3:
Prepare your grill by heating it to high heat. For a gas grill, preheat to about 450°F (232°C). If you’re using a charcoal grill, make sure the coals are glowing red and covered with a layer of white ash, indicating they are at the optimal temperature for grilling.
Step 4:
Place the steaks on the preheated grill. Grill each side for about 4-5 minutes if you prefer your steak medium-rare. Adjust the time if you want, using a meat thermometer to check the internal temperature: 130°F (54°C) for medium-rare, 140°F (60°C) for medium, and 150°F (66°C) for medium-well. This ensures your steak is cooked perfectly.
Step 5:
Once The steaks are grilled, remove them from the heat and let them rest on a cutting board for 5-10 minutes before slicing. ( sometimes after I grill the steaks I put them with some vegetables in the air fryer for about 10 other minutes, of course, this is not necessary) You can serve them alongside Mashed potatoes and some honey, Yes I love honey with Juicy Grilled Steak, This is my way to enjoy this dish.

There are many delicious sides you can serve with juicy grilled steak. I love to mix it in the air fryer with some Tender roasted asparagus spears seasoned with olive oil, salt, and pepper with sweet potatoes to complement the steak’s taste. Also, Creamy mashed potatoes are one of my favorites, they make the dish perfect for me. Seasonal vegetables like bell peppers, zucchini, and mushrooms grilled alongside the steak can be good options to consider.
