Grapico Ice Cream

This is my first ice cream recipe of the year, and while it’s not for the whole family, I decided to make Grapico Ice Cream after hearing so much about it and how delicious it is. I have to admit, I agree with the hype!

Even though this ice cream is made with regular Grapico, a caffeine-free and non-alcoholic beverage, I created another version using blueberries for my kids. Interestingly, both ice creams have a similar appearance with their beautiful purple color.

I loved the taste of this Grapico Ice Cream, and with summer just around the corner, I’m planning to make many more ice creams with different flavors. Grapico will definitely have a place among them!

The directions are so simple—all you need is an ice cream maker and the listed ingredients, that’s it! and of the decoration, be creative and use any topping you want.
