4 cups fresh or frozen corn kernels 1 cup chopped red bell peppers 1/2 cup chopped onions 1 cup heavy cream 1/2 cup milk 1 cup grated cheddar cheese 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour 2 tablespoons butter 1 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Set it to 350°F (175°C) and Grease a baking dish with a little butter.

In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add onions and red bell peppers. Cook for about 5 minutes.
