1/2 cup yuzu juice (fresh or bottled) 1/4 cup rice vinegar 2 tablespoons soy sauce 1 tablespoon honey 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 small chili pepper, finely chopped (Optional) 1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons water 1 teaspoon salt

In a pot, pour in yuzu juice, rice vinegar, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, and chopped chili pepper. Stir all these ingredients very well.

Put the pot on the stove and turn on the heat. and Keep stirring.

When it bubbles, slowly add the cornstarch mixture while stirring. Cook for 2-3 more minutes until the sauce gets thicker.
