Homemade White Chocolate Liqueur

1 cup white chocolate chips 1 cup heavy cream 1 cup milk 1 cup vodka 1/2 cup sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Step 1

Put white chocolate chips in a bowl and heat them in the microwave for 30 seconds at a time, stirring until they melt. You can also melt them in a pot on the stove with hot water underneath.

Step 2

Heat cream and milk in a pot until warm but not too hot. Stir in sugar until it’s all mixed in.

Step 3

Take the pot off the heat and stir in the melted chocolate until it’s smooth. Then Mix in a little vanilla for extra taste.
