3 ripe bananas (mashed) 2 cups all-purpose flour 1 ½ cups sugar 1 tsp baking soda ½ tsp salt 2 large eggs 1 cup vegetable oil 1 tsp vanilla extract ½ cup sour cream

First, Turn the oven on to 350°F (175°C). Grease the cake pan with butter and sprinkle some flour.

Mash the bananas in a big bowl until smooth. Add sugar, eggs, and vanilla, then mix.
