Copycat Barefoot Contessa Turkey Burger

1 1/2 pounds ground turkey (preferably 93% lean) 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard 1 tablespoon minced garlic (about 3 cloves) 1 teaspoon kosher salt 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

In a big bowl, mix ground turkey, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, garlic, salt, pepper, parsley, basil, and scallions. I use my hands to mix until it's all together. Don't mix too much or the burgers might get tough.

Step 2

Use your hands to make each piece into a round patty about as thick as your thumb. Press your thumb in the middle a little.

Step 3

Make the grill hot on medium-high. If you don't have a grill, use a big pan on the stove on medium-high.
