2 cups of pasta (penne or fettuccine, But fettuccine preferred) 2 tablespoons of olive oil 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts 1 cup of broccoli florets 1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Bgan by boiling a big pot of salted water. Add pasta and cook until tender, then drain and set aside.

Heat your grill. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Grill for 5-7 minutes on each side until cooked through. (If you don't have a grill, you can cook the chicken or a skillet with a little olive oil) After that Let it rest, then cut into small pieces.

Step 3

Steam the broccoli until tender. You can use a steamer with a little water. Set aside.
