Potato Sourdough Bread

1 cup warm water (110°F) 1/2 cup sourdough starter (fed and active) 1 cup mashed potatoes 3 cups all-purpose flour 1 1/2 teaspoons salt 1 tablespoon sugar 1 tablespoon olive oil

In a big bowl, stir warm water and sugar. Add sourdough starter and mashed potatoes, and mix. Slowly add flour and salt until a dough forms.

Step 2

Put the dough on a floured surface and squish it with your hands for about 10 minutes until it's smooth. If it's too sticky, add a bit more flour.

Step 3

Put the dough in a bowl with a little oil, cover it, and Let it sit in a warm place for 1 to 2 hours.
