Heat a crepe pan or non-stick skillet over medium heat. Lightly grease the pan with a small amount of butter or oil. Pour a small ladleful of batter into the pan, quickly swirling it to coat the bottom evenly with a thin layer. Cook for about 1-2 minutes until the edges start to lift and the bottom is golden brown.

Step 3

Carefully flip the crepe using a spatula and cook the other side for another 1 minute. Once cooked, remove the crepe from the pan and stack it on a plate. Repeat the process until all the batter is used.
